What is The Collective?

The Collective is a business performance partnership for men who are already making 6 figures per year and want to grow towards £500k to £1M plus while building a business that gives them more profit, more time back and more life as it grows.

It is built around strategy, systems, delivery, demand, leadership and direct support.

Who is this for?

This is for men in business who usually make £10k plus per month, have strong skill, serious ambition and know there is another level in them. They have a business that works, but they know the current way of operating cannot be the way they scale.

How long does it run?

There is a 90 day minimum. After that, it moves into a rolling monthly process for 12 months + as long as you’re happy, we’re happy and we’re moving forwards. If you’re looking to come in for a quick fix and not a long term partnership (this probably isn’t for you). There’s a 90 day minimum so if for any reason it doesn’t work out, we can both walk away.

What makes this different from other mentorships?

Most programmes give you information. The Collective gives you direct partnership, strategy, systems and support built around your actual business. We look at your model, message, delivery, operations, numbers, pipeline, standards and capacity, then help you install the changes that create more profit, more freedom and less dependency on you.

I am already busy. Will this add more to my plate?

No. The goal is not to give you more to do. The goal is to simplify what is not working, remove what is draining time and energy, and focus you on the moves that create more profit and more freedom.

Do I need a team already?
